Services
Individual Counseling
In individual counseling sessions, your therapist listens to your concerns and provides support, guidance, and feedback as you work together to identify patterns of behavior or thought that may be contributing to your life challenges. Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to set goals, track your progress, and adjust the treatment plan as necessary as you go along.
Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, your therapist works with both partners to identify areas of conflict and explore the underlying issues that may be contributing to your difficulties. Your therapist may use a variety of techniques, such as active listening, empathy-building exercises, and problem-solving strategies, to help partners improve their communication and develop a deeper understanding of each other's needs and perspectives.
We have therapists trained in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) specific to work with couples.
ART, SAF-T
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a powerful, fast-acting therapy that uses eye movements for memory reprocessing and draws from treatment modalities such as: guided imagery, SAF-T, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems, and others, seeking to improve or resolve symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and negative emotions—often in just 1-3 sessions.
Our SAF-T training provides participants with essential skills for effectively managing mental health crises, regulating the nervous system, and offering meaningful support to those in distress.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a focus on working with families. I have experience with children, marriages, and couples. I enjoy meeting individuals where they are on their journey and supporting them as they work towards the healing that they are looking for in their life.
While I'm new to clinical counseling, I have been offering pastoral counseling to church members and the larger community for 22 years.
Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, or conflict resolution, I use a holistic approach to give clients the opportunity to choose to work on their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being alongside their mental health.
My goal is to promote wellness through excellent communication, client empowerment, and assuring that my clients are seen and heard.
I am currently accepting new clients. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.

Do you wake up feeling unfulfilled, unhappy with your current circumstances, and sometimes find yourself lashing out at loved ones? Are you searching for happiness and inner peace but feel stuck because you don’t have the right job, relationship, or sense of direction? Do you downplay your accomplishments and avoid sharing them, thinking no one cares? Are you overly self-critical, leaving yourself stressed and unable to enjoy your day? Do you feel ready to make positive changes but struggle to create a clear plan?
As a therapist, I work with adults and young adults who want to break free from depression, anxiety, and procrastination, and instead create lives filled with happiness, healthy relationships, financial success, and motivation. Together, we’ll tackle the challenges holding you back and help you move toward something meaningful and powerful.
Our sessions are designed to empower you to think clearly, act with intention, and give yourself the space to uncover the answers within you. We’ll explore what you truly want, identify the limitations you’re facing, and develop a path forward to create the life you’ve always desired. If you’re ready to commit to your personal growth, I’m here to help.
Saludos!
Jesse Gillette
LSW
Hi, I’m Jesse.
I’m a therapist who believes healing starts with curiosity, not judgment and that you can be supported and gently challenged at the same time (yes, both can exist).
I work with teens and young adults who feel stuck in their own heads: perfectionists, over-thinkers, people with loud inner critics, and those who look like they’re “doing fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected underneath. If you’ve ever thought “Why am I like this?” we’ll probably work well together.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and a little investigative. We’ll look at patterns, core beliefs, and where they came from, not to blame the past, but to understand it so you can stop fighting yourself in the present. I draw from CBT, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring sessions to what actually works for you, not a one-size-fits-all model (because if “just think positive” worked, you wouldn’t be here).
I’m compassionate, real, and I’ll absolutely validate your experience, but I’m also the kind of therapist who will ask thoughtful questions, point out patterns you might be missing, and gently call out what’s no longer serving you.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about understanding yourself better and building a life that feels more regulated, aligned, and sustainable. If you’re looking for a therapist who gets it, won’t sugarcoat everything, can hold space and keep it real you’re in the right place.
Ryan Covarrubias
LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the mental health field for over 9 years. I have experience working in an interdisciplinary team and have utilized my skills in supervising other counselors as well.
With experience as a trainer of therapeutic crisis intervention with years of experience in de-escalation techniques through a trauma-informed lense, I bring these communication and specialized skills into my therapy practice.
Most of my experience is working with teens who are dealing with trauma, depression, bi-polar disorder, anxiety, anger, oppositional defiant disorder, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, substance abuse, and criminal histories.
My approach with clients is helping them on the path of self-discovery to achieve their personal goals and heal from past events and to develop skills to manage any symptoms or mental health issues they may be experiencing.
I have a strong belief in the cognitive behavioral approach which connects thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, coupled with several other therapeutic modalities to meet client specific needs. I hold strongly to the idea that the only thing we have control of in life is our own thought processes and that being aware of and managing how we think can significantly influence how we feel and behave. While I have experience in a wide range of treatment modalities, and working with a wide range of client needs and mental health challenges, my specialties would include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Reactive Attachment Disorder
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Borderline Personality Disorder
Histrionic Personality Disorder
Conduct/Antisocial Personality Disorder
Depression
Anxiety
ADHD/Impulse control
Mindfulness
Sexual Safety
